ARI Terms of Use

Welcome to Ari, a project management software designed specifically for architects. By accessing or using our services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, browsing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Service.

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind the organisation to these Terms.

All intellectual property rights in the Service and its content (excluding User Content) are owned by Ari or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without express written permission from Ari.

7. Confidentiality

We understand that your User Content may include confidential information. We agree to protect such information and not disclose it to any third parties except as required to provide the Service or as required by law.

8. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and disclose personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, effective immediately. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Ari shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

15. Amendments to Terms

We may amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

17. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and judgement on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ari regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
